Maple Dale Elementary School is ready to begin an exciting new year full of many fun-filled and enriching opportunities and events.  We invite you to participate through the Maple Dale PTO (MD PTO).

 The MD PTO is a vibrant and committed group of volunteers composed of parents, school staff, and administrators who share time and talent for the welfare of all our children.  Through fundraisers, we help provide equipment, resource material, entertainment, and learning opportunities.

 How do I join?

Register and pay your membership dues and make your “No Hassle” Donation  online at the Maple Dale PTO Transaction Center http://mdpto.3dcartstores.com

Please join by Wednesday, September 7^th so we can distribute the Student Directories as early as possible.

If you prefer the traditional method, return the attached form with your cash or check (payable to MD PTO) for $5.00 per family.  Each member will receive a free student directory.  This alone is worth $5.00!!  PTO meeting attendance is not necessary to be involved. 

“No Hassle” Donation:  Are you short on time to volunteer for PTO activities? Make a hassle free tax deductible donation in addition to your membership dues. No Hassle Questions? How can I get involved?

Come to one of our meetings, held the second Thursday of each month.  We will have both daytime and evening meetings this year.  If you can’t attend the PTO meetings and want to help in other ways, please reach out to any board member and we will help you get involved!  Look for information throughout the year for how to be more involved with fundraisers and events by signing up for updates from the Maple Dale Elementary blog (www.mapledalelementary.blogspot.com) and the Maple Dale Elementary PTO Facebook page.

2016-17 Volunteer Signup - Be part of the fun!

 

This is your chance to take part in providing the students of Maple Dale Elementary some of the outstanding enrichment programs run by our PTO.

Signups close FRIDAY, September 2nd or when the spots are full. The activity chair will contact you regarding your interest after that date.

All Pro Dads

 

Maple Dale Dads,

We are launching a chapter of All Pro Dad at our school this year and welcome you all to attend breakfast with your children on a monthly basis.  First meeting August 24th, from 8-9am in the cafeteria.

It is an international fatherhood initiative of Family First which is focused on equipping families with meaningful conversations around relevant topics.

The organization was founded by NFL Hall of Fame coach Tony Dungy and is also supported by our Cincinnati Bengals legend Anthony Munoz.

This will be a great time for us to connect with our kids before school to spend quality time together while demonstrating our love and support.

GEAR Back To School Picnic and Membership

Welcome back, Sycamore Families!

We hope to see friends, new and old, at our annual GEAR picnic.  This is an opportunity to meet the Gifted Intervention Specialists of all four elementary schools as well as current and future classmates. Be sure to remember to bring dinner and drinks for your family. Montgomery Park is located at the corner of Montgomery Rd. and Schoolhouse Lane just behind the Montgomery City Hall building.

Hello Maple Dale Kindergarten families!  Don't forget to join fellow Kindergarten parents and students on Monday, August 15th from 10:00am-12noon at Swam Park.   This event, hosted by the PTO, provides Kindergarten students a chance to meet their classmates for the 2016-017 school year!
