This is the Last Week to Insure You are part of the Maple Dale Student Directory!

Make sure your student’s friends have the information they need to invite your child for a play date or the next birthday party by being part of the Maple Dale Elementary Student Directory. Visit bit.ly/MD1516 anytime before Friday, September 11th to complete the online directory information form.

If you are returning to Maple Dale this year and you are satisfied with the information that was listed in last year’s directory, there is nothing you need to do. However, if you are new to Maple Dale, or if you want to update your information, you must fill out the form online.

All members of the PTO will receive a copy of the directory which includes student contact information, homeroom class list, PTO project chairs and more. Make sure you receive one by joining the PTO.
